Summary

Embrace is the story of a middle-aged war veteran struggling with his past, anger, and aggression. When his estranged daughter re-enters his life, Douglas must wrestle with his own demons as he attempts to reconnect with her as he discovers she has inherited her father's inner struggles.

"Embrace" is not just a film festival project. This story chronicles the reality of mental health across age, gender, background, and more. It can manifest as aggression, depression, and more. This story peels back the curtain on the struggles that we all deal with in one form or another. Our goal is to bring awareness to this topic and encourage people to "Embrace" those around you.
